Our firm and its founder, Vartkes Yeghiayan has received numerous awards and prizes
from Federal, State and County governments as well as private institutions,  including:
the 2006 CLAY AWARD, for "Attorney of the Year in Litigation,"  as well as being a
Finalist - for Trial Lawyer of the Year, Consumer Attorneys of California, in 2005.

Mr. Yeghiayan has spearheaded complex litigation matters for over 38 years and has
lectured extensively in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Canada, and Armenia on the
legal ramifications of class action lawsuits.
